Monday 2nd December - What small DFW things will you do today?
Comments

One very important thing which is my new month's resolution - pop a piece of chewing gum in my mouth before leaving the office! This will remind me not to weaken on my way past the sweetie/cake/sausage roll/coffee shops I have to pass on my way to the station. I'm in debt and overweight - the last thing I need is a sausage roll...Unfortunately I've been diagnosed as having brain cancer and am currently undergoing treatment. More details as I get them...0

Quick catch-up. Managed to do everything on my list. In addition, I entered a competition, did a couple of surveys, chased up an eBay payment, relisted all unsold eBay items (which was free as all 99p), pulled more homegrown leeks, updated Christmas food list as we got quite a lot of stuff last week with our nectar & Co-op points......& last but not least, all small change paid into the Big Money Jar. Oh.....& because I was busy upstairs wrapping presents, no downstairs heating was switched on till nearly 6pm. Defo aiming for another productive day tomorrow.
F x2025's challenges: 1) To fill our 10 Savings Pots to their healthiest level ever
2) To read 100 books (20/100)

I put a tenner in my sealed jar
I put £20 on my post office Xmas club card
I paid £80 onto my budget card towards bills
I found 20p in the washing so that goes in my change pot for emergency bus fares

hey everyone
hope it is ok to join you? Has been a little while since I've been on here but back with a vengeance now, especially as am going to be made redundant in a few weeks (looking for another job now...).
Today :
- worked from home so saved £5 petrol
- went into town in lunchtime - parked in a street a bit of a walk away so didnt have to pay for parking
- used voucher to pay for something needed for newly decorated bathroom
- walked dog twice and got nice and warm!
- made a kind of chinese dinner using leftover meat from weekend with some peppers and veg etc
- no drinking so double hurrah!!
- written mealplan for rest of week - trying to use up what's in our (very small) freezer before filling it up with goodies for Christmas/New Year
- got pizza dough out of freezer for dinner tomorrow night
- made bread in breadmaker
- bought eggs from neighbour (£1 for half dozen large organic)Sick and tired of waking up sick and tired...
