Hi,
Try this..
go to settings - apps, make sure the tab at the top is selected to ALL.
Scroll down to find the Email app. Select it. Look on its info page (may have to scroll it) to see if 'Launch by default - clear defaults' button is available and if so click on it. See if that helps.0 -

Thanks a lot. I should b more specific. Its not an app. Its on the web browser. She goes to WWW orange mail. Then we go into the in box.
Open the email, click on attachment and download . An icon comes on in bottom right screen of an arrow downloading. Then. Click n download so I could view the oic. But then I messed it up lol. In the settings you directed me to there isn't an "All" tab.
Any ideas now what to do as its the web browser we use for orange mail?
Thanks for trying to help much appreciated.0 -

Oh OK. Sounds like you need to clear the defaults for the browser rather than email app. Do you know what version android you have? ( look in settings-about)0 -
And which browser are you using? (Chrome tends to be default on Android, but other browsers can be used).0
