This trust are a shambles.

I received a response today to the two points in post #13, that's 92 days after the request!! (they are supposed to respond in 20!)

The response says that the contract is confidential and therefore not being supplied, and that TPS have the ability to recover 'penalty' charges and chase bad debts.

In other words neither of my questions have actually been answered. I've responded saying (in nicer form) "give me a redacted copy of the contract" and (again) does the clause exist giving TPS authority to take motorists to court, and the wording of it if yes.

I put a deadline of Fri Mar 7th otherwise a complaint to ICO will be made.

TPS and Lincoln Hospital are a disgrace and a shambles. The 2 tickets I have been involved with, and this thread are an indication of that. Staff pay for permits, then get ticketed anyway for various reasons while parked on the embarassment of a car park / unpaved mud bath unfit for purpose.

However, to anyone reading this: Don't be scared, appeal. Ignore the rubbish about spouted by TPS about sending appeals to the trust etc etc. It's easy, copy my letters in the other 2 threads if you want. You will win, because TPS don't have a leg to stand on in almost all case.

Again, sorry to bump the thread, just wanted to connect the dots for any googler's
