Have a look at Ordsall Hall in Salford.Life is like a bath, the longer you are in it the more wrinkly you become.0

Heskin Hall is lovely too.0

Hall is quite modern inside despite being a conversion of old chapel but means it is well equipped and fully accessible for wheelchairs. Village setting, lots of old buildings and beautiful countryside.

Rufford hall, salmesbury hall, houghton tower (A road between Preston & Blackburn), mains hall (poulton), tithe barn at browsholme hall (Ribble Valley).
The tithebarn is lovely, it's a blank canvas, stone barn with little slit windows they fill with candles. My best friend is getting married there in 2015.
Would you like the ceremony & reception in the same place?0
