Trying to get organised so I looked in the cupboards while doing my Xmas food list and I found cranberry sauce nov 2013 and a luxury xmas pudding June 2013 would you use them or throw them?
Do you think they will be ok don't want anyone being ill.

They should both be fine. The sauce is only gonna be a month out of date so should bstill be edible, and I have eaten Xmas pudding a year out of date with no side effects at all. Go for it!!0

I'd use them both.

Definitely use them. If your still worried about the pud, add some more brandy in after you've cooked it to kill any bugs and ensure the meal ends on a very happy noteValue-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

I'd use them - but if the cranberry had been opened & then shoved to the back of the cupboard, I'd check it first before letting anyone else see it in case there's mould on the top0
