I will be travelling to the USA in February to attend a convention and with it being in February and having the obvious risk of bad weather I am wondering if anyone knows of any insurance companies that will cover my convention tickets in the chance that I cannot get to America because of the weather??
Thanks in advance!!

Is this work or hobby?
Most insurers will cover prebooked trips/ events etc if you cannot travel due to weather. What they wont do is cover your travel if the event is cancelled and you decide you dont want to go any more even though flights are still running.0 -
Hobby :-)
Thanks for your reply, didn't want to be out of pocket if I cant get over because of the weather, so that's good to know that my tickets should be covered.
Now to shop around for insurance!0
