You can get the prices from the land registry website. They don't appear until a few months after completion.0

Give it a few days. The data feeds from Land Registry might not go out at the weekend, so check early in the week.0

Agree that some never appear.....DS & his GF bought a flat in Sept 2011 and it has never shown up on RM sold listings, Zoopla etc, instead the previous sale in 2003 is listed
This wasn't a repo or auction purchase either, btw......

What's the reason that you'd want it on Zoopla after you've sold?0

Have you ticked the box when searching to 'include sold properties'?0

Personally, in the case of DS's flat I wouldn't as they are intending to sell in the New Year and being London I for one am quite happy for prospective buyers not to see what it was purchased for in 2011
However, being a nosey soul, I quite like to browse RM's *sold* section, particularly when looking to move.........Mortgage-free for fourteen years!

Got gazumped on a house in July and been checking Zoopla regularly to see what they paid. Seller was insistent on a Sept completion and I was curious as to why sale price wasn't showing up yet. I do hope it shows soon to satisfy my curiosity, even though I secretly wished it wasn't showing because the sale fell through!!0

Because that would only give the original asking price not the price actually agreed0 -
Before we get the data the conveyancer has to complete the sale and then submit the application to register with us. This can take anywhere between 1 to 4 weeks normally but in some cases can take longer.
Once we receive the application it can again take anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks to complete depending on whether it is in order and what resource is available at our offices to complete intakes etc
The price paid data is released to third party websites on or around the 20th/21st of each month so this can also have an impact i.e. added on 19th then a quick reveal but added on 22nd and it could be another 4 weeks delay.
And then you have to factor in how quickly the third party websites update their own data, which as others have mentioned can vary.
So you are usually looking at between 2 to 3 months before it appears.
There are exclusions and sometimes errors can happen so if the figure is not shown or it is wrong then you can always query that with us using the online form
Our online FAQs give you additional information around the price paid data we supply“Official Company Representative
