    I'm with Virgin and been fine all day - No problems at all? (Portsmouth)
    Hope it's fixed for you soon.

    Mine works on virgin mobile but not virgin wifi
  • @clareo122 I am on my PC not mobile. Long shot but you could try re-booting the modem? Unplug the power, leave for a minute and plug back in?
  • arrrgh not working for me either!! stupid virgin media..don't they know how much we need facebook..especially in December lol

    Don't think you can change to none, but you could use this method.
    follow the path below

    Start - Control Panel - network and Internet - view network status and tasks - change adapter settings - double click or right click on Local area network and select properties -
    select internet protocal version 4 - click properties - now select use the following DNS servers.

    Type these two sets of numbers 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222
    into the two lines of boxes, now click ok.

    I did all that, and ended up on my mobile as gave up with the PC not working glad its bacj now
