Secret Recruit Agency?

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone had heard of or had any dealings / applied for jobs etc through this agency: http://www.secretrecruit.co.uk/Cleaners.html
A lot of the jobs on here just seem too good and I was wanting some feedback before applying. Take the cleaning job above for example in the URL, it states 'Cleaning team transport provided' I've never heard of a cleaning company that takes you to and from jobs? Does it look dodgy?
And this one:

£9-12 an hour - 30 holiday holiday, Private medical insurance, Private pension and a share bonus scheme?
And this one:

£10-12.50 an hour.
I know most of these don't state a location, instead stating 'various locations' and I know that some jobs do pay more down South, but up here on the regular job sites I don't see jobs like these.
I've tried to find out information on them and see if they're genuine before applying to anything but I can't find anything on them apart from on their limited Facebook page it states they're based in Hertfordshire and have only seemingly been going since last year.

There is 1 director and he is 28, not that it matters what his age is just stating it for information.
