Can anyone give me an idea of what this is worth. If you can't value it then an offer suggestion would help.
It sold on 29th Dec 2005 for £158,000. I don't believe any work was done to it. It is on my shortlist.
I don't understand why the asking price is: 150K-160K. Is this estate agent expecting an offer of 155K?

Can't help you with valuation, you'd need local knowledge for that.
As for the asking price. It says guide price £150K, in a rising market, that means that is the minimum price looked for, but probably would like £155-160K. In a falling market, it means, that's what I would hope to get, but will take any offers above £140K.0 -
The price is probably £160k but they want the property to show up in people's Rightmove searches up to £150k. This is more common when the Rightmove price searches jump by more than £10k.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0
