Not able to connect to internet

Options
Hope someone can help with this problem.
All was working ok on the desktop thismorning, but then lost the adsl connection. Router is a Sitecom N150x1.
Have tried to reconnect by switching off and then back on again, but am just getting 1 light activating, not the red + 4 others as usual.
At the moment I am using a laptop connected to a usb modem to hope someone can help out.
Main computer is running W7 home premium.
Thanks in advance.

The quickest way to get this sorted is to phone your ISP.

Do not think it is a ISP problem, as have connected here through the same ISP, but using a different modem, albeit on a laptop.

Sounds like something's up with your router. Have you checked the manual to see what the light indicators mean?

Yes Wealdroam, I am in Italy.
Esuhl: Have looked through the manual, but it has no faultfinding in it. Have sent a email to sitecom today to see what they can come up with, as it is still under warranty.
The only indicator light that is on is the one for the ethernet connection. If I do a power on/off, then all flash, but just revert to the single one above.
    Thanks all for the suggestions.
