Think the ico guideline is open to interpretation, "overdraft for at least three months " , means more than 3 months.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

If you try and get the default date changed, I'm pretty sure that would acknowledge the debt, restarting the 6 year SB clock.
I would presume that making payments from the account means you acknowledge the account.:beer:0 -
It would restart SB clock that's why I need to know for sure if it will be statute barred 6 years after last activity by me so I can write to them to change the default date without risk. National debtline said it's a grey area and I need to look at the accounts T&C's to be sure.0
