nexus 7 enabling weblinks

How do I enable weblinks on my new NEXUS 7 ? (KitKat)
This is in emails ..
At the moment - it is not showing !
I have gone through the options and can't see anything..

    Their is no setting to enable weblinks! They are enabled by default.

    Never had an issue with links not being clickable!

    What email app you using ? Gmail or the other Email program?

    Can't help, never used that program.

    But it should find links unless they were sent as text only. Then you'll need to copy and paste text links in to the browser.

    It doesn't display (some) links, especially mse.com ones - sent as confirmation of replies to threads - I am guessing that this is due to the format of the emails...
    I am going to try an alternative mail program

    I'm using SolMail on my Nexus 4. I have also tried AquaMail.
