Can I please ask what phone number people used to get hold of customer services?

I ordered some theatre vouchers from WHSmith as a Christmas present. I got an email on 30th Nov to say they'd been dispatched and would arrive within 5 working days but I haven't had them yet.
I spent two 30 min sessions on hold to them yesterday (on phone number 0845 604 6543) I'm currently on hold again now! I thought if I phoned at 9am, when lines open I should be able to get through to someone quickly but it's been 14 mins so far...

I tried submitting a request on their website too but that didn't work - I just got an error message. I did track down an email address and tried that yesterday but no response yet!

It's so frustrating! I wish I'd ordered them from someone else now. Certainly won't be using WHSmith for anything ever again!

Sorry for the delay in replying but I've only just seen your message. I used the number 01793 616161 and asked to be put through to customer services. I rang from my mobile as I have lots of free minutes and put the loud speaker on whilst I carried on working! I never received a reply to the email I sent either. I hope your vouchers come soon.

My stamps finally arrived today and the delivery note dispatch date was 25/11/2013 so it only took three weeks for them to get here! That was the first and last time that I purchase anything from WH Smith online.
