Ditto :( Shame because Pinecone are an excellent company otherwise.

    Me neither!

Does anyone know how long it takes for the Paypal payment to be processed? I went through the 'checkout' process yesterday afternoon and haven't been paid yet...

Edit: scrap that - just been paid!
  • Hello,

I've received an email today confirming i've been accepted onto the Pinecone panel and my first assignment will come in the days ahead.

Can anyone tell me roughly how often do you get surveys?

It depends on your demographic. I'm lucky to get one every 3 months at the moment whereas my mum (presumably because they have less panellists in her age range) gets them a lot more regularly.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Has anyone else been asked to join an 'exclusive' panel for Pinecone? I've had an email today. Apparently you have to agree to them installing a programme on your computer so that they can monitor your activity and use the data for their research.

I avoid these sort of surveys, the pay-out is so rubbish compared to the data they collect.
  • I did this a couple of days ago and downloaded the program to my computer- i then spent two days having horrendous problems with speeds so slow it was like being back on dial up.

Removed the program and everything fine.
    :)
The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter :(
