Justin Timerlake Tickets and the AOL Summer Cooler Tickets

Hi, last Wednesday I had a phone call to inform me that I have won two tickets to see Justin Timberlake at the o2 Arena on July 10th (I had entered an o2 competition) the man said the tickets would be sent by recorded delivery, but I still haven't received them. Has anyone else won tickets from the same competition, and if so, have you received your tickets? I am seriously worried they have been stolen otherwise, as I have been in every day when the post arrives, also yesterday I got another phone call to say that I have won AOL Summer Cooler tickets, has anyone received these yet?

well thats the thing, I know the competition (for JT) was entered on my mobile phone via my web browser, so I have tried phoning the o2 Arena, and emailing them but haven't had any luck............. as my husband says, the JT concert isn't until July 10th, so maybe they don't issue tickets until a week or so before, but I have no way of knowing if thats the case, or whether they've been nicked :-!!
