    When I started a thread about it last year, it seemed to spur them on to correct it. It's a pity it's been forgotten about again! (and still not corrected after another thread opened 6 hours ago) :(

    St Andrews Day had been cancelled in Glasgow after the helicopter crash, not surprisingly, and the thoughts of most Scots are with the people of Glasgow rather than celebrating St Andrews day.

    I don't think a "day" can be cancelled. Did you mean that the celebrations have been cancelled?

    If MSE Towers has decided to withdraw the St Andrew's Day banner out of respect for the sad accident in Glasgow, then they should perhaps have posted to explain. As it is, it simply looks like either racism or laziness.

    I think it would have been good of MSE to display something St Andrews day related, to show some support at what is a very difficult time. Even the First Minister mentioned the courage shown on St Andrews day. Just because the celebrations are cancelled doesn't mean that there can't be some display of support or community.

    The St Andrew's flag has been on the banner in previous years. Either MSE should put all the flags up or none. Sloppy work.
