Hi, hoping someone can help
Boyfriend driving my car on A9 to Perth, flashed by camera, knew were getting ticket issued.
NIP arrives (addressed to me as registered keeper) I filled it in naming him as driver and send it off.
He receives NIP, has filled in part 1 as he was driver at the time.
My question is, is that all that's to be filled in?
Part 3 states to be filled in if you were not the registered keeper or owner at the time of the offence. To me this part reads if you had sold or disposed of the car at the time of the offence.
