    Hi All,

I'd like to have a go at this, it sounds like a simple way to save without really noticing.

Please assign me a no. his missus
  • Hi everyone, I would like to take part again this year. I normally do it for Christmas presents and Christmas birthdays (I have so many) so hopefully I don't dip into it unless its for purchasing a gift.

I was a member last year Moneymanager #50 and I already have £18.76 in there.

I will do a weekly transfer on a Wednesday (but payments have went in today since its bank holiday tomorrow) and also on pay day (monthly) when I know what bills have to come out etc.

I also have a Santander 123 account so any cash back I make from that will also go in so not sure when that happens so will just do it as and when.

I will start of with a target of £300 for gifts but if I can save up to £2000 to live on for over the winter period is a bonus. My DH doesn't have much work then so this could come in helpful.

Sorry that was long winded but just wanted to get that all into my head. :rotfl:
    Barclaycard: £4,217.55/£5 = 0.11% | Tesco £3,810.55/£3,770.55 = 1.05%
    Total: £8,027.80/£5 = 100%/0.06%
    Mortgage £99,692/£51,652.33 51.8%
    Car Loan: £9,217.20/7,527.38 81.67%
