It annoys me that if someone has a complaint about a company then the staff of the company on here will defend it to the hilt and point to errors in spelling when they know your right.
Sorry just annoys me

There are two sides to every story, surely it's fair to hear them, providing they keep within the site rules? If you feel the rules have been broken, by all means report the post. But don't make the mistake many use in assuming anyone who doesn't agree with you works for the company concerned.
Remember you can always place a user on ignore if their posts bother you that much.0 -
that would be you're right, would it ?0

No they aint involved in the situation but will defend the company to the death. Posting as if they are a rep when theyre a normal user.0

Or perhaps that user works for the company, and are telling it like it is?
I know the thread and user you're referring to, and I actually think the user made a good point.0 -
I think when you make the comment" now waiting for the Royal Mail rep to defend them to the hilt" you are asking for trouble-well it's looks like you are inviting it, to me.if you go out looking for trouble you'll probably find it.0

I like it, when someone in the know, actually gives an insight into a situation.
I'm sure when people are reading a particular thread where someone with knowledge comes in, they can look at both sides of the situation and make their mind up.
Most definitely the customer is not always right, but that's not to say, there aren't plenty of instances where members here, help posters where companies are out of order.0
