Just had a phone call from someone saying I filled in a survey and have come 3rd in a comp and won a holiday!
I have got to call and claim the holiday/pay airport taxes.
Don't trust it ,
Is this normal to have to call back to claim the prize

Who were they? What survey? Do you have to call a premium number?

Its probably (though not definetly) a timeshare marketing ploy. They ask you to phone back a freephone number and pay a 'admin' fee to get your 'free' holiday. these threads might prove useful.

Yeah, I've been phoned before saying I'd won a free holiday, if it was a proper win you wouldn't have to do all that i'm sure. Let this one go i say, sounds like Timeshare0
