There will be one overall prize for one winner plus guest. The prize consists of - Two return flights – London to Rio and Sao Paulo to Londo
- Internal flights from Rio to Iguazu & Iguazu to Sao Paulo
- Four nights double room Copacabana Palace, Rio, on bed and breakfast basis
- Private day tour to the sights of Rio de Janeiro
- Two nights double room Hotel Das Cataratas, Iguazu Falls, on bed and breakfast basis
- Airport transfers in Rio and Iguazu
- Private tour of the Argentine side of the falls
3. The maximum total prize value is £5400 based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
4. The flights and accommodation must be taken in one trip, and both require 30 days advance booking and are subject to availability. The periods travel cannot be taken are the 23 Dec to 3 Jan 2013, 28 Feb to 9 Mar 2014 and Jun 12 to Jul 13 2014. Travel must take place by 25.10.14.
5. Immediate Media, Lonely Planet, Rainbow Tours, Orient-Express and LATAM Airlines makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination.
6. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companion.
7. The winner and their chosen companion must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. Immediate Media, Lonely Planet, Rainbow Tours, Orient-Express and LATAM Airlines will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements.
8. The prize winner and the companion are responsible for holding a passport with at least six months validity. And must organise relevant visas where required.
9. The prize does NOT include any insurance, travel to and from London Heathrow, or any travel or other expenses during the trip. Any out of pocket expenses (such as phone, room service, drinks purchases, gifts and food are not included in the prize).
10. The package is non-transferable and no alternative packages will be offered.
11. There is no cash alternative.
