Hi apologies if this is a perennial question. My husband and I had finance agreements with both of the above previously. We have no paperwork unfortunately house moves etc have meant this has gone astray! Would anyone think we may possibly have a claim against them. I also had G E Capital store cards in the past too. Thanks in advance of any advice/help offered.

You'll have to write a Subject Access Request (SAR) letter to each of your lenders. They cost £10 each, template here;

Do note, however, that there may be no longer be any records of your finance.
In addition the car finance and store cards would be pre-regulation if taken out prior to January 2005 and so the lender wouldn't have to consider any complaint.0 -

It is Concept cars you need to get details from if you bought the car from them and they arranged the loan.
If this was pre 2005 you will have trouble getting the paperwork or making the claim.0
