Talktalk webmail problem

I've not been able to log in for a couple of days until today. It won't let me type my password in directly, I have to copy and paste it, then once I'm in the delete button has vanished so I can't zap anything.
On heading over to the contact page, live chat is down, there is no email contact option, and I'm certainly not spending a fortune trying to phone them.
Anyone else having problems, or got anywhere getting an answer?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

That's the page that won't let me in.
Although having said that, I've just tried to log onto a survey site and had the same problem with not being able to type directly into the password box, so I'm wondering if a recent update has sent things a bit odd.
Can you delete emails once you're in, via that page?

  • Still working fine here and i can delete emails. I think its a problem with your connection or email account, ask one of the TalkTalk OCE's to investigate via the forums:

  • I could be wrong, but isn't out free to call from your TT landline?

No problem signing in for me. I'm using Firefox, possibly you could try a different browser as there have been quite a few updates recently.

No problem for me logging in with either Firefox or Chrome.
  • I have been unable to login to my Tiscali webmail address for a month. After several "chats", a few text messages from them and one phone call to them I have now established that Talktalk are no longer supporting any webmail addresses if you do not have an account with TalkTalk.

I pity all their advertisers who are no longer going to get their adverts seen by previous webmail users.

It would have been nice for Talktalk to give me prior warning that my webmail address was going to be turned off.

Hint - in order to chat to them go into Account - I want to Cancel My Account and the chat box will pop up. This saves a lot of money on phone calls.

Yes free to call them from your landline. I had a Tiscali email account but had problems using that to log in? I just made a new Talk Talk one and now use that. Go to your account and set up a TT one . If you are unable to do that give them a ring and see if they can help.
