    Years ago, it took me months of writing and chasing the trustees to get details of their IDRP. Eventually they wrote back and said 'any grievances you have should be made in writing to the trustees'

    It appears to be clear from the link above that as this is an occupational scheme, there must be an IDRP, even if not all complaints have to go through it?
    It would also seem that you have not completed the process since you have not been told so in writing and referred to the Ombudsman - see link.

    You could ring the PAS for advice as to how to proceed, given the difficulties you have had?

    I agree, as in post 7.

    If you are unclear, they will tell you what to do (and how) and in what order.
