It's not right. Up to 6 months old, they have to prove there wasn't an inherent fault. Was the eBay seller in the UK or overseas ?
Also, best not to sign up here with your email address, as you are likely to get spam emails.0 -

Changing usernames is not generally permitted so there is no button to do that, but in your case I think they will make an exception. From the Forum FAQs:How can I change my username?
In most circumstances, this is not permitted.
The only reason we will change your username is if it puts your privacy at risk. This usually means you've inadvertently registered using your name, email address or something that gives away your identity within your username.
If you fall into this category, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com and request that it is changed, giving three alternative usernames in order of preference.0 -
no its not in night mode, also some more info ,the sat nav played movies and photo,s on it, thats why i said negitive screen on it , also they said it was th gps, and shop based in uk , ordered from scotland.0

When you say 'negative screen' what do you mean? The colours were negative?
I fail to see how that would be anything to do with the GPS.0 -

No. If it's inherently faulty then the retailer have to repair, replace or refund. Within the first six months all faults are assumed to be inherent. The retailer has to offer a remedy, or prove the fault was caused by accidental damage or misuse.0
