Amazon purchase - No A-Z Guarantee help

Hello I hope somebody might be able to help me.
I purchased a camera from an Amazon Marketplace seller on the Amazon website. It was a camera that cost £389.
I received the wrong camera and contacted Amazon straight away. Amazon said I should return it to Amazon, using a print-off postage label that they sent me via email. It was to an address in Dunfermline Fife. I returned it via a trackable method Collect+. The item was received on the 16th October. I never received any confirmation or emails telling me they had received it. I was then informed (after chasing them up) that I had sent it to the wrong address (even though I used they label they sent me). I was informed that I should receive this package back from Amazon in 4-6 weeks time. 4- 6 weeks have passed and I have yet to receive this package back - which is stopping me from returning the item and get my camera or a refund.
I keep getting nowhere with Amazon and they are refusing to help me. I opened an A-Z Guarantee claim - which they closed as the seller said they would accept a return. I appealed it and they have re-closed it saying I need to wait 4 - 6 weeks - even though I was told to wait 4 - 6 weeks 7 weeks ago. I feel like Amazon are just fobbing me off.
Am I covered in anyway by my Bank? I paid with a Bank of Scotland Visa Debit card. I am worried I will lose my £389. Any advice r help would be gratefully received.
