Forward it to deloittes and see what they say....

I will do if I can find some contact information for them !

I have responded with 'I am waiting for the official response from Deloittes from you, can you chase this up please'

Seems very odd to me!
• The record on the Claims Management Register for We Claim U Gain Limited says "We Claim U Gain Ltd is being investigated by the Claims Management Regulator under regulation 35 of The Compensation (Claims Management Services) Regulations 2006." See here.

Not a good start. Then if you look at posts about it on this website (and 1

about The Mortgage Audit Centre, which is one of its trading names) and you will see they have a habit of asking people for money then doing nothing. So I would be suspicious.

I know Welsh pronunciations are different but I can't help thinking that an Englishman like me is entiltled to pronounce that as Liar Davis!

What more warning could you want!

I send any correspondence for WeClaimUGain to its registered office at
WE CLAIM U GAIN LIMITED
5 CALLAGHAN SQUARE
CARDIFF

Get proof of posting (free from the Post Office) and hang on to it.

Ignorance can't be helped...as a Welsh person like me would be entitled to think.....

Actually, I think it can be - it is just a case of finding out.

I also know more Welsh words than some Welsh people I know.

But as I say, pronouncing them is a completely different matter!

I presume the reason Saudi Arabia has more oil than anybody else and Wales has more PPI claim scammers than anybody else is because Saudi Arabia got to choose first.

Note to mods - this is friendly banter it is not intended to offend friends at the other end of the M4 (or in the Middle East)!

• Again no confirmation from Deloittes - just a threat of legal action!!

Dear Mr Jones,

Your assumptions are incorrect. Save Me My Money Limited has bought the debtors of We Claim U Gain Limited (now in administration) (WCUG).

As to the computers being down when you called previously, I cannot comment on operational issues which may have been ongoing during the administration of WCUG.

The monies are now rightly and properly payable to Save Me My Money Limited (SMMM). Feel free to take independent legal advice and consult with Trading Standards but if payment has not been made within 14 days, I will advise the directors of SMMM to proceed to take further action to recover the amounts overdue.

As to your suggested complaint under the Data Protection Act, I do not understand what it is you complain about.

I will await contact from your solicitors within 14 days failing that further action will be taken without further reference to you or your mother.

I'm confused...is this from Deloitte? Or from SMMM?

If the latter, have you had a response from Deloitte yet?
Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi
• Nothing from Deloitte at all, on SMMM.

They have however copied in a PAEVANS at Deloitte into his last email

As per your request, I am copying Deloitte on this communication.

I am, as you rightly say, a solicitor. I was not employed by WCUG and am not employed by SMMM. My only connection to both is via Save Britain Money Limited which is a common shareholder. There is no fraud and there have certainly been no malicious e-mails sent in this matter.

As I have previously confirmed, SMMM has acquired the debtors of WCUG. The payment is due to SMMM.

As to the DPA issue, the processing of data, inter alia, concerns a contract and there is nothing unusual in customer contracts being novated in circumstances such as this. When you have the benefit of legal advice, this will be confirmed to you. All that is required in that instance is for notice of the novation to be provided by SMMM which has been done.

There is no question of monies, once paid to SMMM, then becoming payable to the Administrators of WCUG so I would ask that this now be settled within 14 days.

Should I contact Deloitte Directly?
