Advice on a lap top purchase please

Options
Hi folks, hope i have come to the right place - i have heard great things about you lo! :j

Looking to purchase a lap top for personal internet use mainly. I use my work computer but want to start ebaying etc and this is a big no no from the work computer!

Anyways, i want basic lap top with dvd & cd re-writer, enough space to store music, pics etc and also wireless for around £300 - £400 mark (really don;t want to spend over £350!). So have found a potential 2 i would consider buying. I is a make i have never heard of and the other is a reconidition one (it does come with 12 month warranty) however i am a bit unsure what to do

COMPAQ C504EA Recon laptop, with 80GB, 1024MB and loads of other stuff i don't understand - not 100% too sure if this is wireless tho

Lenovo 3000 C200 - with 80GB, 512 MB (however can pay $40 to double this) and loads of ither stuff , this is defo wireless

Both have DVD & CD re-writers

And are around the same price give or take a few quid

What do you guys think? Which would be the best buy

Any help would be great - thanks very much

Edit - just rany COMPAQ and that mobile defo is wireless
