I have the same problem, though mine seem to be cystic acne, deep under the skin painful lumps. Im currently using Salcura antiac which was on embarrassing bodies apparently, I found it by googling and you can send for samples to try for £2 which they then give you back on another purchase. I got the facewash and spray, within a couple of days 2 of the cysts had heads on-the ones ive had in the past NEVER got heads, they'd literally just take weeks to go. I have also bought the gel now too as I had a breakout on my chin of 4 cysts and within a day of using this 2 of them had heads and they've shrunk loads. When I bought mine they were on 2 for £10 all November, I think this month its free p&p, but the samples are worth a try for £2.0

I use Murad stuff. Expensive but worth it to me, it really does work and I have tried loads of brands. They do an offer where if you buy a set from them and see no improvement in 30 days, you can send it back for a full refund. Proactiv another brand also do a 60 day trial but their products did nothing for me0

I love this thread because I go through the same thing. So glad you ladies have advice to share! I'm working on a better skin care routine (trying a "Korean style" one right now) and I like Zapzyt cream♥ Be thankful for what you have; you'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never, ever have enough. ♥ :beer:0

Hi All,
Just thought I would update you all. I have started using Sudocrem at night I tend to cover most of my problem areas which is most of my face but it's working wonders! I have not had any bad breakouts and the spots that I do get are just little small ones which usually disappear within a day
Thank you so much for all your advice!0
