This promotion opens on 26 November 2013 and all entries must be received by 11.59pm on 13 December 2013. 4. One entry per eligible Sky iD. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified.
5. One winner will be selected at random by an independent person, from all correct and eligible entries received before 11.59pm on 13 December 2013. The winner will be notified by phone and email by 20 December 2013 and will have 4 days (96 hours) from initial contact in order to claim their prize.
6. If direct contact with the winner cannot be made within this 96 hour period or they are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
7. One winner will win:

• Return transfers for four people from the winner’s nearest train station to the airport
• Return economy flights for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children of up to and including 11 years) from Heathrow airport to Orlando, Florida. Connecting flights from regional UK/ROI airports will be provided where necessary. Exact timings will be agreed with the winner upon contact.
• Return shuttle bus transfers for four people from Orlando airport to the hotel
• Six nights on-site accommodation in the four star Loews Royal Pacific Resort at the Universal Orlando® Resort (based on four people sharing a family room) subject to availability.
• 7 day unlimited admission tickets to Universal Studios® and Universal's Islands of Adventure® for four people (with complimentary shuttle service to access the parks)
• £500 spending money to be provided as a cheque or bank transfer to the winner (to be used for ESTA fees, breakfast and other meals etc)
• Travel insurance for four people (pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered).

The prize does not include ESTA Fees, breakfast, other meals, room service charges including but not limited to any food, beverages, telephone calls and other chargeable items or services used in the room, or any other service or item not specifically described above.
8. The prize winner and guests are responsible for their own passports (which will need to be valid for at least six months after the travel dates) and holders will need an ESTA visa waiver or visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy on their own at their own expense. An ESTA visa waiver must be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s and guests’ responsibility to comply with the visa requirements of the US. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and the Promoter cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.
9. The prize must be booked within 6 months and taken up within one year from initial contact with the winner. Travel dates exclude Christmas and New Year and must include a Saturday night stay. Bookings must be made a minimum of 4 weeks in advance. Once booked and confirmed, tickets cannot be changed and are non-refundable.
10. The prize is for two adults and two children up to the age of 11 years. At least one person travelling must be over the age of 21.
11. The prize winner and their guests must be available to travel on the dates and times agreed with The Promoter.
12. All elements of the prize must be used in conjunction with the promotion on the dates and times agreed with The Promoter and cannot be used outside of or separately from the promotion. Exact timings will be agreed with the winner upon contact.
13. Should the winner and guests be unable to travel on the dates and times agreed with The Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited and awarded to alternative winner.
14. There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
