Morning all, lots going on it seems. Hope all goes well.
Some great potting going on, nice to see. I'm not potting much at the moment, but only need one good month now and I'm sorted. I like to have a monthly target now and then and I'm planning on saving £100 in September. October and November will be just getting the coins I need to round up my bags. lol
Only potted £3.20 these last few days and with a bit of luck, I should get over my last years total sometime soon (probably next week).
Enjoy what's left of the weekend, hit and miss up here!!

No pennies for me today, am rather narked off though as DS has just returned from his weekend army camp to inform me that while he was out on an exercise some thieving little *expletive* went in his bag and stole a £1, his lighter and his cap badge  The sergeant asked if anyone took it and what a surprise, no one owned up or pointed the finger at the culprit. I thought these types of things were supposed to teach youngsters honesty, self worth and the rewards of hard work! obviously not.
Ok it could have been much worse as the lighter was an old one I had and he can get a replacement cap badge for free from the unit as he hasn't purposefully damaged it, but its the principle of it and to be honest, I can't afford to subsidise some other kids sweet habit, if they want sweets they should ask their own dam parent for the money, not steal off my kid!

Hi,All,:hello:
It is over a month since I last posted. It has been a very stressful time, and very sad.The ramifications will last for months and months.
So,not much potting for me (infact, last week I read through all my posts to add up how much I have potted since November.I haven't had to break into my pots yet,but unfortunately I may need to over the next few months.Desperately trying to avoid this.)
Anyway, over the last few days I have done a little bit of potting:
£4.80,refunded because my son's swimming lesson was cancelled
£3.50 change from grocery shop today
£2.32 leftover from July monthly budget
£0.96 shrapnel found around the house .
Total of £11.58.Not too bad for now.
Take care all.Sorry you haven't been well,Sue.SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

OMG!!! talk about ying and yang, everything in balance! after DS having his bag robbed over the weekend, DH just managed to put the dishwasher on the wrong setting, im trying to stop it so I can put it on the right one and it just wont work, get in a strop with it, go looking for the manual and have only found the bloomin Swiss Francs that we lost from DS's school trip!
Have rung my dad and told him i'll giv him the £50 back and give him the Swiss Francs to look after as there is another switzerland trip next year and we'll use them for then
