Sue, I have a pilates dvd that's practically the same as yoga. There are lots about but this is with Fern Britton and quite good. You don't need any machines or suchlike. It also helps if you don't have dogs jumping all over you when you get down. :rotfl:

No potting today. not going out.

That's just great thanks, Modesty, as I know that acts in the same way. I can't have dogs plural but we have 1 mad Lab who can do just the same! Thanks so much for the help.

A £2 coin in the £2 coin tin an 6 shiny pence in the new schrapnel tin. Snuck out and had my haircut today, cost £35 :eek: :eek: Thats almost a weeks groceries :eek:
