Evening potters, hope it has been a lovely day for you all. I'm celebrating my birthday today in Lake Maggiore and it is so beautiful. Had a lovely surprise, there was a knock on our hotel room door, my oh went and I could hear him say they aren't ours, but the hotel had seen from my passport it was my birthday and brought a platter of food and a bottle of prosecco with two glasses - what a lovely gesture. Will be back to potting asap!!

Forgot that OH owed me £3.99 :T He's given me £4 so I'm not as broke as I thought I can go out and buy some milk and a few bits and do some baking tomorrow. If you're all coming round do bring paper plates to save on the washing up

Morning all, not nice here and we are popping out for lunch!! We were hoping to make a day of it and have a little run out!!

Sue - yes, the BH is upon us and not next week. lol
Time flies and only a few days away from the half-way mark of this years potting season..................... not that I'm counting!!

Looks miserable here but it might brighten up. Have all the family coming for tea so a busy day ahead. DH has already done the shopping with his little list!!
