    Thanks very very very much. PCM canceled two PCNs when it reach to POPLA stage. Popla send that '' The Operator has informed us that they have cancelled parking charge notice number xxxxxx, issued in respect of a vehicle with the registration mark xxxxxx . Your appeal has therefore been allowed by order of the Lead Adjudicator. ''

    Hoping 3rd one will be canceled as well
