Parking Eye - No Popla Code

Please help.
I am the registered keeper and received a PCN from Parking Eye for overstaying in a free motorway services car park.
I used a template appeal letter from Parking Cowboys which states in it" If you reject this challenge or fail to address the issues that have been raised then, in accordance with the BPA AOS Code of Practice 22.12, please ensure that you enclose all the required information (including the necessary ‘POPLA code’) so that I may immediately refer the matter for their decision."
This request for a Popla code has been ignored and instead a standard letter (EYE1) which states lots of cases generally but doesn't specifically answer any of my questions.
Should I email again requesting a code?
Many thanks for any help....

1. Read Parking Prankster's blog and the recent post on the POPLA November newsletter re PPCs not supplying POPLA codes.
2. Cut and paste the relevant section and send it to Parking Eye telling them that their letter will be sent to POPLA in your bundle and to the BPA. Tell them if they don't send a POPLA code by return, you will be demanding one from Steve Clark at the BPA.0 -
Or better still, send that to parkingeye, but simultaneously complain to the BPA. Unless people complain, ParkingEye will just continue to take the mickey.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0
