I bought a personalised item from my badges.co.uk for a very special occasion on the 6 November. When I ordered it said 5 to 10 days, as I needed it for the 20th thought it would be here but am still waiting. The delivery time did say estimated. Have emailed them several times but got not reply. What are my rights and my next stage of action ?
