Santander mortgage details on 123 account online

Hi All,

On my Santander online banking I have a section which shows my mortgage account number, but no details of the loan amount etc. Is this normal, or do I need to activate it or something to show the figures?

    I have the same thing to but wondered if its just my phone app being weird or that I need to wait for first repayment to go out (only completed on our house just over a week ago)

    I believe, the two accounts need to be linked (which is instant). Either phone up or ask an advisor in the branch to do it.

    So I did phone them up and apparently you can only see that you have a mortgage online, so sort code and account number, not any of the details such as balance etc. You have to wait for a statement or phone up for more info. HTH :)
