You might be using too many characters altogether. If you are using Martin's POC's they might be too long. Try the ones from the Reclaim Bank Charges Help Thread, they fit perfectly for most people.

ok thanks have sorted it, a pop up came up telling me i had to insert details of interest, so i copied and pasted but it was already in martins detail, took it out and it went through fine.

have paid, do i just wait 14days now or is it 5days to serve then 14 so 19 in total?

assuming they dont fight back before hand that is

You did correctly, the pop up isn't needed.
    It's 5 + 14 days now to start with.

I got the same error this morning and had to put repeat address in service details cos it would not let me through without - even tho it didn't need to be entered. Maybe the site was having problems this morning. Good luck with your claim. We are on the same deadlines. Problem is like a dummy I have omitted the account number to which my claim refers - let's see how this stalls the process:o

If you only filed this morning, you might want to give MCOL a ring - they might still be able to rectify your claim before it gets issued and sent out.

oh no i think ive done that as well, how stupid i will have to give them a ring and see if it can be amended.

i dont recall seeing anywhere to put the account number?

if it cannot be added does that mean i will have to submit and pay again?

i phoned mcol this morning, the claim cannot be amended, ive been told the best way is to cancel that claim and they will refund my money, and told to submit another claim which i have done this morning and paid again.

so now have to wait till the 11th for my deadline or before if they contest.

    To anybody who knows.

Where it says on No: 4 on Martins Particulars Of Claim where it says accuring at the daily rate of 0.021%, this has to be changed doesn`t it?

If Im claiming £1,272 I need to divide this by 0.00022 to give me my daily rate & put this instead of 0.21% dont I?

So 1,272 divided by 0.00022 = 0.27 becomes my daily rate?

    Is this right?

    Thank you

You don't divide, you multiply, but yes, £1,272 x 0.00022 is £0.2798, you could round that up to £0.28 as your daily rate.
