Apologies for only just replying...back from a weekend in Barcelona (not a prize, lol).
No response from the Prada facebook page so will use the link above (thanks bargainhuntergal) and will take it from there. I know it's a fake but I would like to approach them knowing for sure that it is.
Thanks everyone and I will update as soon as I hear anything, although I think it may be a lengthy process.
