Sorry I know the regulars are very busy at this time of night
With regard to BPA compliance for the all the "farmers"
Should this not mean they must have the APRC logo or reference to it on their signs or not?
Is saying "camera" enough? or does it make no difference?
I was thinking industry standards here
make the "farmers" pay more to replace signs that are non compliant with a non regulated "industry standard".
Sad isn't it when you go around studying parking signs all the time?
It's amazing when you know a little bit about it, how you can see how many car parks well just don't meet the "standard".

None of them are meeting any standard if they're calling them APRCs :cool:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I'll probably do it again though

Anyway back to my question would it make a difference should all the signs have it on?The most wasted day is one in which we have not laughed.0 -
Presumably if they're using them. The precise words are here in the BPA CoP, which ultimately is what counts re signage.
