NGP - Parking Charge Notice !

I cannot find the NGP (New Generation Parking) on any of the other threads so here goes - please Help !
NGP sent me through a 'Parking Charge Notice' for a £60 charge if done within 14 days, otherwise increases to £100 charge. The Alleged Offence was parking at Capital Retail Park - Cardiff for over 3 hours whilst a Football match was taking place. The notice includes 4 (bad) pictures of my number plate 3 hours apart. I am assuming from the look of them they are 1 when I arrived and 1 when I left (which co-incidentally is a couple of seconds under 3 hours. The parking is apparently 3 hours for normal days, but 90 minutes on match days - however for the average Joe do they know when a match day is ??
The scary bit on here is "... we reserve the right to take further action to recover this debt and will result in your details being forwarded on to a debt recovery agency and/or you may be pursued for the outstanding debt through Civil Court, under the Protection of Freedoms Act (POFA) 2012 where we may seek judgement against you. Additional costs will be incurred'
Please advise if anyone knows what to do here to avoid this daylight robbery!
Thanks

Scary bit...LOL!
Read the 'newbies...read this first!' sticky thread and also the 'successful complaints about PPCs' sticky thread too. At the top of the forum. Let us know what happens when you complain to the Store Manager(s) and Centre Management, and when you appeal to NGP (who are not scary and are easy to beat!).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
