Converting Trevi boost shower to Trevi therm

I currently have a trevi boost shower but now I'm replacing my old boiler with a combi, so will no longer have a hot water cylinder. Can anyone let me know how much work is involved to convert the shower from a trevi boost to trevi therm. I know the conversion kit is about £200 but have no idea how much a plumber will charge to do the work.
I am trying to weigh up the cost of the conversion against having a complete new shower installed.
