Hi all just looking for a bit of advice,i switched through this website to eon on the 13th nov,I,ve heard nowt.I foned eon and they say they have no record of my switch!...in the meantime british gas(supplier at the moment) plan on raising my payments even although I am in credit.any info appreciated.
