PCN in Scotland. Now getting phone calls from Roxburgh.

Received a letter from Roxburgh after ignoring letter from euro car parks. Ignored letter from Roxburgh but now they are phoning my home number asking for the registered keeper (who was not driving at the time of the charge).
What can I say to them?

Go away don't ring again.
They are powerless, just a bl00dy nuisance.0 -
Just hang up on them, or have some fun, here is some inspiration

We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

You could have fun like above thread and/or inform them:
"Ask them if they've managed to get an interim licence to operate from the FCA considering their existing licence has not yet been renewed yet.
Say telephone calls are harassment as no debt has been established - you are recording every phone call they make and will charge them £20 per call +£5 for every minute. The matter is being reported to the OFT and a formal complaint being made also to the FCA for their consideration in granting a licence"
BUT DO NOT DIVULGE ANY CONFIRMATION REGARDING WHO WAS DRIVING0 -
A simple "cease and desist" instruction is all you need give them in Scotland if they call you back. Then ignore all the written rubbish they will send you.0

Have a look at MimosaDR's thread and the one by Chickadee13 (I think).
Sooooo many 'I am in Scotland and what do I do with a debt collector letter?' threads on here right now, easily found in the first few pages of the forum. Just skim read the thread titles & go back say, 10 pages at most and you'll find lots of threads like this.
Also Google the phrase 'Roxburghe phone calls parking debt is denied' and read the resulting forum discussion going back years.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
