Mighty deals

Mighty deals has taken my money on two occasions for an iPhone charger and I have not received the goods. The agent hung up on me and gave me a number for supplier that is constantly engaged. I said to the agent how can I claim a refund if you don't answer your emails within the 7 days, she said they are busy and don't have to! Don't use this site I have now lost £23 and no charger, better off going to App Store! Mighty deal = No deal

If you paid by debit or credit card then raise a chargeback claim with the card provider for non-delivery of goods (once 15 days from payment has elapsed).
You may need to insist on speaking to a senior person - the front-line phone people will probably not recognise that this provision is available (it's not in their "script") so you'll need to speak to someone who is allowed to actually think for themself.
