Barclays - Claim Back - Yoursmartsave

Had a link sent to my facebook account with regards claiming back charges if you had a premier life account from Barclays from a page called YourSmartSave

Has anyone used this and is it legitimate.

Thanks in advance

Do you have reason for complaint?
If so, can you not do it yourself?

    I've never used them because:
    a) I've never heard of them before you advertised them here
    b) I don't use facebook usually
    c) I don't have a premier life account from Barclays

Are they legitimate? Well, looking at their website http://www.ppi-department.co.uk , it appears to be registered to an individual from Liverpool and doesn't currently have any content so difficult to say with any surety.

Still, over 2,200 likes on facebook, that's got to represent something, surely?

However, an earlier link on their FB page links to http://www.stantonfisher.co.uk

    According to their website:
Stanton Fisher Ltd.(company No:7437001 ) Registered in England, is a limited company providing claims management services.

Stanton Fisher Ltd is regulated by the Ministry of Justice CRM No: 28603 in respect of regulated claims management activities; its registration is recorded on the website: www.claimsregulation.gov.uk
    81 Dane Road, Sale, Manchester M33 7BP

That all seems to check out.
But I would add the following caution from claimsregulation website:
Authorisation does not mean that a business recommended or endorsed by the Ministry of Justice.

Then again, if you click on their terms and conditions link

    http://www.stantonfisher.co.uk/terms/

they don't appear to have any.

I guess that will assist you in drawing your own conclusions :)
