Transfer old Halifax Reward to benefit from £100 switch?

Apologies if this has been discussed before (I have scanned back 3 pages). Can I transfer one of my old Halifax Reward account to the current account to benefit of the £100 switch offer? What are the terms of this account (I already utilise the 1 x Nationwide 5%, 3 Lloyds Vantage, 1 x Halifax Reward and 2 x Santander 123 - any I'm missing???!!!)
Anybody done this? Any experiences?

The switch has to be from an account that is external and active.0
