    No the youngest daughter has now left education.

    Brother has managed to get a decent family lawyer (recommended by a friend) and is now seeing her tomorrow. He has got all his original paperwork re the house together so hopefully the lawyer can come up with some solid advice.

    He also needs details of any credit card or other debt he owed at the time, anything round pensions and the redundancy, her subsequent salary.
