Parcel - Damage - Advice

I sold some speakers and sent them to buyer via parcel to go. I have a photo of them before they left in perfect condition. I used excellent packaging (photos to prove), which completely covered the speakers (heavy duty foam plus carpet underlay to pad it out further).
On arrival, one of the speakers is partly broken. The outside damaging looks to be in tact however.
The speakers would not have broken by themselves, - I can only assume that the parcel must have been handled extremely roughly for this to happen.
I sent the item fully insured.
Will my claim be successful, or, will it be rejected since the outside box appears to be undamaged?
Many thanks for any help.

The only way you will ever know is to make a claim -we have no way of knowing what they will do (some companies try very hard to find excuses not to pay out) but it is worth making a claim as you have nothing to lose.Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0

That I will certainly do. I was wondering if there is any pitfalls I should be aware of, - make sure I do when preparing /submitting my claim also.0

The most important thing is to read and follow the claims procedure and give the facts (and only facts, don't make assumptions or statements about what could have happened etc).Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0
